Krenar Kepuska has completed PhD research in Cyber Security as a Fulbright scholar at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs (UCCS) and at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). He is a PhD candidate in Cyber Security and holds a Master of Science in Engineering of Mathematics and ICT.

Mr. Kepuska pursued a U.S. Department of State Cyber Security Fellowship at Purdue University and the Military Program on Cyber Security Studies (PCSS) at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies.

Mr. Kepuska holds several notable certifications and training in cybersecurity. He is certified as a GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) from SANS Institute, CompTIA Security+, enhancing his skills in cyber threat analysis. Additionally, He has completed advanced training at Radboud University in the Netherlands and Algebra University in Croatia, focusing on academic skills and computer security. His publication on “A lightweight framework for Cyber Risk Management in Western Balkan Higher Education Institutions” has been featured in renowned journals like ScopusWeb of Science,

Mr. Kepuska has been an active participant in numerous international cybersecurity conferences in countries including South Africa, Lithuania, Moldova, the Czech Republic, Germany, Croatia, France, Italy, and the Netherlands.

Mr. Kepuska is currently a full-time lecturer at Rochester Institute of Technology in Kosovo (A.U.K), where he develops and delivers various cybersecurity course materials. From 2022 to 2024, he served as a Senior Cyber Security Analyst at National Unit, providing technical support for cyber incidents and developing national cybersecurity policies and strategies.
